  • Two distinct routes to achieve ITIL Expert Certification
    There are two tracks that lead to ITIL Expert certification, one based on the Lifecycle courses and the other based on the Capability courses.

    Both tracks conclude with the 'Managing Across the Lifecycle' module.

    Lifecycle Route   Capability Route
    In the Lifecycle route, you will learn about the principles and core concepts of the Service Lifecycle approach to IT Service Management. This includes a focus on the management and control elements of the Service Lifecycle and the following processes associated with all Lifecycle modules:

    The Lifecycle Track is for those who provide guidance towards the implementation of ITSM in an organization. (eg: IT Manager, Process Owner, ITSM Implementer, ITIL Consultants)

    Courses:
    - Service Strategy (SS)
    - Service Design (SD)
    - Service Transition (ST)
    - Service Operation (SO)
    - Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
    - Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC)
      The Capability route enables you to achieve a better understanding of the Service Lifecycle and the processes associated with all the Capability modules. This includes a focus on a series of clustered process activities, their execution and use throughout the following specifi c phases of the ITIL Service Lifecycle:

    The Capability Track is for those who are involved in executing and improving existing ITIL processes in an organization. (eg: Process Manager, Operational staff , Process Consultant, IT Practitioner)

    Courses:
    - Release, Control, and Validation (RCV)
    - Operation Support and Analysis (OSA)
    - Service Off erings and Agreements (SOA)
    - Planning, Protection, and Optimization (PPO)
    - Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC)
  • Program Characteristics
    Not one, but two tracks

    Lifecycle Track that includes: Service Strategy (SS), Service Design (SD), Service Transition (ST), Service Operations (SO), Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC)

    Capability Track that includes: Planning, Protection and Optimization (PPO), Service Off erings and Agreements (SOA), Operational Support & Analysis (OSA), and Release, Control, & Validation (RCV) and Managing Across the lifecycle (MALC)
    Self-Paced e-Learning

    50 hours of e-learning for each of the Capability and Lifecycle tracks

    E-learning material available for 2 years after completion of the course

    E-learning focused on theory, explaination of concepts, exam preparation

    (Virtual) Instructor is available through out the program for e-mail based support
    High energy and high pace classroom

    Intensive classroom study: Lifecycle - 10 days. Two weeks of 4 days each, followed by 2 days for Managing Across the Lifecycle. Capability - 12 days. Two weeks of 5 days each, followed by 2 days for Managing Across the Lifecycle.

    Classroom dedicated to practical application: cases, assignments and scenarios
    Exam Pass Guarantee
